THE VILLAS

Each house consists of about 80 square meters with similar basic structure and layout and can accomodate 2 - 4 people comfortably.
There is one large bedroom with access to its own verandah.
The traditionally tiled bathrooms have a large bath and shower facilities and toilet. The bathroom also contains washing-machine fixtures.
A spacious living room has sofa-banks with storage space underneath them and an open fireplace constructed from local stone. Spotlights underlight the gabled ceiling. The living room gives out onto a large verandah.
The fully equipped Italian style kitchen has an electric oven and sizeable fridge.
Other interior features include air conditioning in the living room and bedroom; solar heating plus an electric booster for the winter; all floors are made from imported Italian white granite.
Each house has its own garden and private parking space.
